Aerospace Bearing Repair Services
Repair or replace?Barden's repair service provides customers with a specialist solution when it's needed most. We understand it's vital that an aircraft spends time in the air and not in the hangar. Maintenance programmes for aircraft engine components and APUs have become increasingly important. Barden's EASA Part-145 approved diagnosis and repair (D&R) facility for aerospace approved bearings provides a viable alternative to replacement. Costs can be much less than for new bearings and with a typical turnaround time of just 7 days, the impact of lengthy downtime can be significantly reduced. Bearings are returned to an 'as-new' operating condition, with full aerospace approval. We specialise in the repair of bearings of up to 300mm for any industry where regulatory approvals are high or where full traceability of the bearings is required, including the nuclear, rail and military industries. End applications include small engines, gearboxes, oil pumps and auxiliary power units (APUs).
